A Simple Way to Calm Yourself: Describe Your Emotion

Two in one day!

Anyway, I like this. Sometimes, particularly for some feelings and trauma this isn’t enough. But, so many people with deeper problems have difficulty with simple, daily emotions triggering those other feelings. Labeling today’s stress and bad feelings provides a short term category and can help put a stop to the fear that it is akin to the other emotions that can be triggered by daily emotional moments.
